What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

I provide a tracking number for a package.

Returns policy

Please note - I do not accept returns.
If the package is lost by the delivery service or the bag is seriously damaged during delivery (which has never happened before), I will refund the cost of the bag without shipping charges.
The damaged bag will need to be sent to me, shipping is at the buyer's expense.
A package is considered lost if it is not delivered to the buyer 6 months after it was sent.
I will need a video of you unpacking the package to confirm that the bag was damaged during shipping.
If the package has already been unpacked, unfortunately I will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of the bag.
